White Tiger Legend is highlighted in the Brazilian Magazine "SuperInteressante" for pushing the boundaries of animation!

"Do It Yourself"

The cost reduction of digital filming has already allowed mere mortals - if you're tech suave - to become Youtube celebrities, with just a cell phone camera.

But the age of "do it yourself" is just starting. Soon you will be able to use the technologies of motion capture, like Avatar, to create proper animation. Even more: you can not only act as the hero, but also the villain, or the best friend, all the way to the shelf at the supermarket.

By collecting the movements of actors, these systems allow you to bring the virtual characters to life. So what's new? For Avatar, the technology cost was between $1000 US and $10,000 a second, with Phasespace the price is knocked down to $10 a second.

This has already allowed the animator Kory Martin Juul to direct his first film, White Tiger Legend - a martial arts animation on target for 2012. He recorded all the characters while interpreting the great performances of the voice actors, who had recorded their dialogue previously.
